Cindy Basile graduated from Onondaga College with a degree in Dental Hygiene.

 

She has 29 years of experience in the dental hygiene industry and is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry and the World Clinical Laser Institute. She began her practice in upstate New York and is currently practicing in San Diego, CA. Cindy has attained a Northeast Regional Board License in Dental Hygiene as well a California state license.

 

Cindy has been using the diode laser in her daily hygiene regimen for the past 15 years and has become proficient using multiple lasers such as the epic diode by BIOLASE, Sapphire diode, Picasso diode, and Zila diode.

 

Cindy has completed proficiency for hygienists through Lumenis, ALD, WCLI, and also has a certification for advanced Periodontal Soft Tissue Diode Laser Training. Cindy is currently working to attain her fellowship in lasers.

 

Due to her diverse background and expertise, Cindy has been retained to provide laser diode presentations at industry conferences for various laser manufacturers.

 

She has now established her own consulting company called Productive Laser Hygiene Services, Inc. for the implication of lasers into the practice. Her company courses are also PACE-approved for Continuing Education credits for seminar courses and in-office training. She prides herself on instilling confidence, knowledge of use, production, and the newest, cutting edge standard of care to patients.
